Refreshing & Inspirational

This was my first time doing a hypnosis and I didn’t know what to expect. First off, loved the little PDF guide that came with the purchase. It helped me to kind of focus and helped my expectations a bit. So then, the track itself, it wasn’t what I had imagined as a hypno track at first, but then again, this was my first one. I’m not sure exactly what I expected, but I am so glad I tried this out. I think what I thought a hypnosis was kind of freaked me out lol but this was a very refreshing and grounding kind of experience. I totally recommend, especially if it’s your first “hypno” experience.

a meaningful journey

I listened to this for two days in a row and really got a lot out of it that I didn’t expect. It helped me get clearer ideas of individual moments throughout life that made me feel purposeful and gave me clarity and direction. P.S. (beware you will probably fall asleep if you’re laying down because it is relaxing, so do it sitting up during the day).
